Garmin 660 Issue or ??????

We had two occurances of a Confused 660 on our vacation a couple weeks ago, and I'm not certain if this is a designed in issue, or what....
Our hotel was in San Francisco, about 4 blocks from Fisherman's Wharf on Columbus Avenue (Columbus Motor Inn).
We took 2 trips from that hotel to locations north of the Golden Gate Bridge. One to downtown Saucalito (~10 miles north of the GG Bridge) and once there, we selected our favorite back to the hotel, and a second trip from Hotel to a Winery in Santa Rosa (~60 miles north of GG Bridge on 101)...
In both cases, we had pre-programmed the destination and Hotel into the 660.
However, in both cases, Once we had reached our destination, and When we were ready to start home, and recalled the Hotel Favorite, In Both Cases, it tried to route us Around the Bay to Oakland, and not the closest and most direct route (Back across the GG Bridge)... The destination time matched the extra time needed to take the intended route (through Oakland) instead of the direct route back across GG Bridge.....
We ignored the prompts to turn East toward Oakland, and Once we got to GG Bridge, the 660 did route us back to the Hotel (even though the destination time still said hours later than the more direct route across GG Bridge).
UNTIL WE GOT TO LAST TURN AT THE HOTEL... When the 660 Told us to go PAST the Hotel... and Back arount the Bay in a Reverse driection.. (Aparantly to pick up the route we missed by going back across GG Bridge???)
This happened Twice.... and is repeatable if I do it now in simulation mode....
So.... Is this a bug, or a Feature of a trip with a circular route, or ________????
Is there an email address at Garmin I should report this to???

When I say to Oakland, I never zoomed out enough to determime if it was routing us back via the Oakland Bridge or all the way arount the bay down to San Jose, and then back up to SF again.... The difference in the Destination was 4 Plus hours, so it just might be that it was all the way around the East Bay....
Ignoring the prompts "Re-Calculating" was the norm, as we wanted to see if it would realize it was wrong and reset the destination time once back across the GG Bridge, but it never Reset the Destination Time.... EITHER TIME... It was Always 4+ hours later than what it actually took.... Though it did route us direct to within a block of the hotel once we crossed the GG Bridge. Once within a block of the Hotel, however, it suggested we continue South, aparantly to go around the South Bay to pickup the route we missed while North of the GG Bridge....
The More I think of this.... It's a bug...
