NavTeq traffic in DC

Several months ago I purchased the lifetime subscription to the NavTeq traffic service, but my 660 seems to get terrible reception in Northern VA. Has anyone else had any luck with this service?

The map will show you, and my personal experience is, coverage in Balt./D.C. area is pretty good ... VA not so much. I little bit up North near DC, and decent reception/traffic around Norfolk area ( http://www.navteq.com/rdstraffic/maps/maps_na.jsp?city=Norfo... )
