Gondola Pizza ($) is a beloved Winnipeg-origin pizzeria known for its crispy, ultra-thin crust—coined the “Incomparable Original Thin Crust”—which has been delighting Manitobans since its first pie rolled out in 1964 . With its roots as a basement-test kitchen on Pembina Highway, it’s still proudly locally owned and operated, with its flagship location continuing to serve the neighbourhood.
