Help...Autoplay won't stop.

I have a Garmin 765T. Starting about 2 weeks ago when I plug the GPS into my PC Autoplay keeps popping up. over and over again. Not just once like it used to. Any ideas of how to turn this off or why it was turned on to start with? TIA

After you attach your Garmin go to "My Computer" under the start button. Find tha device, right mouse click on your Garmin device and select properies. Select the autoplay tab and set it to function the way you want it to. Hope this helps.

Neither had an effect. I reloaded all to a save I had done about a month ago. All seems good now. I with I knew what I did to break it so I would not do it again. Thanks all.

My 650 has always triggered the Autoplay feature regardless of the settings.

In this day and age you really should disable autoplay. A while back there was a rash of USB devices with viruses which would infect computers via autoplay.
Just google "disable autoplay" and you will find detailed instructions for your operating system.
