This file contains 755 POIs for crossing State lines on Interstates and US highways in the US. Some state highways are also included.
Currently the following states are included:
AL, AR, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WI, WV
2010-01-29: Major update to the file. Dropped "Northeastern US" from the title since 38 states plus DC are now included. Partial information available for AZ, CO, MT & WY.
The vast majority of the data for all of the southern states was provided by POI-Factory member kyue2 (thank-you very much kyue2 for the massive effort and for generously sharing your data!)
2009-11-27: Updated coordinates for newly relocated US 24 at the IN-OH border provided by onestep (thanks!). Renamed previous US 24 location to "Old
US 24". Adjusted the coordinates for I-70 at IN-OH border.
2009-06-06: submitted updated file including KY, VA, WV
