265T sound issues

I could not find anything about what I am going to ask so I thought here would be a good start.
Two times now I have been driving and the Nuvi 265T starts making a scratchy sound when you use the touch screen. A simple reboot work to get the audio sounding right again.
Anyone see this with the 265 or 2X5 models?
Have owned my 265 for 5
Have owned my 265 for 5 months now and have never experienced that problem.I do keep my unit updated with latest software.I believe you need to make a call to Garmin and discuss this with them.
