Who would have believed that such a small yard
would have so much work to do.
And my best friend's husband died suddenly at the relatively young age of 59. It shocked our whole group of friends. I totally neglected everything else because she was so devastated and needed her friends to rally around her.

Cold and rainy in Phoenix
Can't believe it's raining and 50 degrees (cold for us). We're having a very long spring this year. It's usually dry and 85 every day in April.

....that it was freezing up in Mass. last nite?
and we are in the 70s....mostly....but with some wind.

I am giving hubby a machete to make his way to the back door.
Oh yes. The doxie girl found herself a speckled king snake yesterday, didn't harm it, it was young, just 3 feet long, but it sure looked confused by all her barking. I think she surprised it killing a fairly large mole, because hubby found a mole dead in the yard a little bit later. spring is definitely here. I will protect that king snake. It is a keeper.
