Loaded Harley Dealers POI - can't find them on GPS

I have a new Zumo 550 (Not the one that Harley sells). I downloaded a POI from the POI Factory and following the instructions (I thought) uploaded the POI to my Garmin. Everything finished without errors. I turned the Zumo off and then back on and I can't find where the Dealers are. I suppose that I did something wrong. What I was hoping for was something either in Favorites or Food & Lodging.
What did I do wrong? I did STF, but didn't come up with a match for my query. Probably entered the wrong search pattern, so if this has already been addressed, please point me in the right direction.
Where oh where have my little POI gone?
Custom POI are stored under the heading of Extras, Custom POI. Press Where To?, scroll and find Extras, and then Custom POI. They are located here. Be advised, if you load a new POI file and do not include the Harley file, your Harley POI will be overwritten.
All POI files must be in the same folder and POI Loader will then load the contents of the folder creating an new list on the Zumo each and every time.

Do I have to download and install Garmin's extras first before the custom POI will install?

Did you download and install POILOADER and use that program to upload the POI file?
Basic Answer
Yes. And there were no errors and it said that it had uploaded it.
Problem Solved
I was not understanding how the POI loader worked. I had saved it to a hard drive on my PC. Everything is ok for now. Learning more and more.
