A brief introduction

Greetings everyone,
Just taking a moment to introduce myself. I've had a handheld GPS for a number of years and more recently a chartplotter for my fishing boat, but all of this "on the road" jargon has me on a bit of a learning curve.
The site looks like it's going to be incredibly helpful, actually it has been already. I look forward to developing my understanding of GPS in these applications and hope to be able to contribute back to the site.
