After that initial update screen, there was an option to check for some other updates such as a Danish voice and a blue sports car.
I don't need the Danish voice, and I know how to add vehicles if I want any, so I did not check those boxes.
I did however, choose to update the chipset "M", as well as a text update for traffic, and a text update for proximity alerts, plus a firmware update for the traffic adapter.
I don't have MSN, so I skipped that one as well.
Don't know if I have chipset "M" in my nuvi.
I hope I didn't make a mistake by choosing to update those additional ones.
I know there are a couple of other 765T owners here who have mentioned in their replies, that they upgraded to 2.50 on their 765T's, and it solved issues like the nuvi rebooting on it's own.
