I was sort of surprised this afternoon when I walked by the Radio Shack in the Maul of America and saw that they have Motorola GPS receivers:
Yeah, I saw that and mentioned something on another topic.
They don't look like they bring anything special to the table, and I don't know why Motorola would get in the GPS business when their share of the wireless business keeps going down.
I'm surprised more phone manufactures haven't gotten into the PND business If the map people make routing engines and connected devices takes hold I think they all will.
I'm waiting for a PND that does SMSs.
Nokia, Sony, and LG to mention a few have gotten into the PND business. They haven't sold very well.
