To create the file, I first created a Google My Maps (http://tinyurl.com/3nwuz9) and exported to GPX with www.takitwithme.com. The file was then cleaned up with Notepad++ and it's XML Tools plugin.

Please let me know if you find any errors in the file.

Edit 2009-04-13: Corrected the location of Stewart Museum. The museum is temporarily closed, which I noted in the comments.
