Does anyone know if the nuvi 200 has routing capability? I would like to enter in 10-20 POI's, then have it automatically determine the shortest route (i want to hit each POI). If it doesn't, does anyone know the cheapest unit that has this capability?
.
No, it doesn't. You would need to look at the nuvi 7xx and 8xx series unit for this capability.
Eeven then

Even then I believe that the max number of stops is 10.

Are you sure you aren't remembering the maximum number of routes? I looked up the manual and there is no mention of a maximum number of waypoints in a route that can be optimized. Ten would be a very limited number, I agree.
Nuvi 660 -- and not upgrading it or maps until Garmin fixes long-standing bugs/problems, and get maps to where they are much more current, AND corrected on a more timely basis when advised of mistakes.

Yeah, I would think that the limit would probably be closer to 200 viapoints per route which is consist with other Garmin units.
(Not that there is consistency among Garmin units. )

I think it's more limited than that, but what do I know... I've got a 260... one waypoint per route...
