Everytime I want to put a pic up next to my name either nothing happens or the same pic keeps on coming up. What is the correct way to post a pic.

I'm having the same problem, I tried a few different things and the same picture pops up!

You probably need to clear your cache or refresh your page or both.
press F5
use your F5 button and it will show up.

I had that
I had that same problem. I tried to change my picture. Did it a couple times. Now for the last week I have been rotating through my images....I just gave up. So it must update after a while.

That pic was taken last jan or Feb in Philadelphia Pa. there was a building on fire next to the Subway/El stop.
