My Boss has an Eclipse AVN6600 in his truck,I was telling him about POI Factory and the custom poi files available for my Nuvi 760.Is there any way to put custom files on his unit? I believe you update unit with a cd.

AVN 6600

I know nothing about this system. I did a quick search for the user / instruction manual and did not see anything that would indicate that you could add custom POI. The manual is located here: http://www.eclipse-web.com/download/manual/index.html

I would email the manufacturer for further information.

DVD operative system

I do not believe your boss can bulk load customized POI into his system. My dad's Toyota Sienna LTD has factory in dash nav system. Only way to store data is through touch screen keyboard, as far as I know.
