Garmin POI Structure question

I just purchased a Nuvi 205W and I like it a lot but I am confused with the way POI's work on the device. It seams that there are 3 places where I can store POI's with repeted categories. lets say I want to add a Hospital that isn't on the default POI list. If I added with the loader it goes to Extras, if I added from the map using favorites it goes to My Stuff I belive and none of those are searchable from the default POI/hospitals directory.
Is there a way to for eample add this hospital to the default hospitals category under POI's?

unfortunately, you cannot add to the built in POI list

So the categories I load from the PC using POI Loader are diferent than the ones under favorites also?

Yes. Everything is separate.
My Location
If I add a hospital very close to my home that is not in the build in POI database and then load it to my extras via POI Loader. When from my home I select My location on the Nuvi 205w will that hospital show up as my nearest hospital based on the coordnates or it will not because it isn't under the default Hopital category?

Any Custom POIs that you add to your GPS unit will NOT show up with the built in POIs.
They will not show up under Hospitals, Food, or anything else in the built in POI database.
They will show up with your Custom POIs which is typically found under Extras.
