Can I get POI's to show up on the map on my Streetpilot c340?

Hi,

I have a StreetPilot c340, and quite like it. The only problem is, when I'm driving around it doesn't show POI icons on the map. The only way I can get them to show up is if I deliberately target one of them, and have the unit direct me there. Is there a way to have the POI's just show as I'm driving around?

Try zooming in to 300 feet or closer in one of the 2D map modes and see if they show up.

I get the little audio proximity alert and the icon whether I am on a route or just driving.

Really?

I don't think POIs show up at all (except flags for specifically selected ones) on my C340 at all, regardless of how zoomed in you are. I'll try testing this tonight.
