Garmin Waypoints Transfer Needs

I am using the Nuvi 760.

Is there a way to get the waypoint position information transferred from the device to be in decimal format and separate fields for longitude and latitude since that is the format we need for uploading our Custom POIs? I transfer hundreds of these from my Garmin after each trip, and then I move them into my Custom POI database for future use as needed.

Is there a batch program available to convert the transferred positions into street addresses for my database? I've found several web sites that do the reverse geocoding one-at-a-time, but nothing for batches. It would be nice if Garmin would build this functionality into their MapSource software.

Is there a way to capture the date and time when the "Where Am I - Saved Locations" are entered so we have the benefit of that information when transferring from the device?

Thank you very much for your help/thoughts on my questions.

Thanks, Charlie. That is a great resource for doing batch addresses, but it doesn't do them in reverse -- where I have the GPS but need the street addresses.

MapSource?

Have you tried MapSource? Touching a spot on a street gives you the address, so I'm guessing that touching a waypoint would give you the address.
