Need help downloading POI files

I'm hoping someone can help me out. I just got the Garmin nuvi 360. I was trying to download some POI files but not having luck.
I downloaded POI loader and the POI files. When I run POI loader and select the folder that contains my POI files, it tells me there are not .cvs files in the folder and won't let me continue. I know they are there because I can open them. Any suggestions?
