Don't know what good it does

They finally get back to me on ones I submitted over a year ago, telling my my report(s) already in their database, so my reports are irrelevant. Mind you, they were indeed NOT in any of their maps at the time I made the reports....but they are now. Seems rather arrogant & condescending of them to fix their map then tell me my report of an error is baseless...

thats why I have questions that TomTom is going to be able to pull off users updating maps as they go and share the changes with other users. The data still has to be verified, imagine thousands a day!
