That is your BASEMAP!! Do NOT delete it.
Here are the map files that may appear on your unit.
gmapbmap.img - this is your basemap
gmapprom.img - this is your preloaded detail maps
gmapsupp.img - this is a supplemental map file
If you want to delete any supplemental maps you may have loaded, you can delete the SUPP file. But you don't really need to because it will get overridden the next time you load maps.

What the three types of map files are, and something I learned a long time ago, never delete files unless you know absolutely for sure what it does, and even then I just rename them, that can always be reversed…
