Cheap Second GPS Unit

Have a Nuvi 680. Was wondering what people suggest as a second unit. Don't need Bluetooth or traffic, just basic unit to leave in a second car that may not even be used that often.
Thanks

Cheap unit

Nuvi 200 should work

Cheap Unit 2

Or even the C340 (actually I use it for primary)

MrKenFL- "Money can't buy you happiness .. But it does bring you a more pleasant form of misery." NUVI 260, Nuvi 1490LMT & Nuvi 2595LMT all with 2014.4 maps !

Nuvi 200W

Since you have the 680 which is Widescreen, you may like the 200W better than the 200 and it doesn't cost that much more. Don't think I could go with the narrow screen after using a WS.

Whatever you get, you may want to take it with you when you park your car. The heat will kill it. I have a plastic EZ Pass holder and the heat warped it.

Second Cheap GPS Unit

I agree about the nuvi 200. I have a nuvi 200W and it works great. It has no frills, very few bells and whistles. You can upload custom POI's and it navigates very well. This is my learning toy and so far I have learned a lot and have a lot more to learn. Once It can get it all right hen I'll look at a more fancier one. I saw a nuvi 200 going for less than 140.00 the other day. Good luck on you second unit.

nuvi 260

I would recommend the nuvi 260. I paid $300 formine two months ago and have seen them advertised for less than $200.

The nuvi 260 is a great unit. It has text-to-speech capability without all the unnecessary bells and whistles.
