Problem creating a POI File with easy gps.....

I created a gpx file using easy gps and plugged in the coordiantes and transfered it to the unit with poi loader. However, something goes flakey once it is transfered. I pull the up the poi on the unit and all the poi's show 3.1m from my current location and same direction. Did I do something wrong here?

Why don't you download the trial version of GeePeeEx Editor and create a file with one location. Compare the finished files and it should tell you why yours doesn't work. Easiest thing would be to just stick with GeePeeEx Editor.

Nuvi 660 -- and not upgrading it or maps until Garmin fixes long-standing bugs/problems, and get maps to where they are much more current, AND corrected on a more timely basis when advised of mistakes.

Be sure that you are using the correct coordinate format and that you are not mixing formats.
