Are you

Clicking the "ignore this file" button during the install?

Suggestion..

I have a C530 and have ONLY done it in manual mode. I have noticed that I must point to the high level PC directory to ensure all of the .csv files below are selected at load time. If I don't this then some (the ones not under the directory or in a sub-directory) are not included. Could that be your problem?

Same directory

All of the POI files must be in the same directory/folder on the PC when you run POILoader. They can then be separated into folders within that main folder (only one additional level). When running POILoader in manual mode, you must select next for each POI file you have. The only time you should change anything is when you want to set an alert, change the alert or ignore the file in question.

Remember, ignore this file means just that - it will not be loaded.
