Kaiser Permanente Medical Facilities - OR/WA

Update: Now in GPX format.

Kaiser Permanente's listed Medical Facilities for Oregon and Washington. Geocoding mostly verified via Google Earth and PortlandMaps.com, but I'm not familiar will all the locations. Vancouver, Salem and Longview locations look right, but I have no way to verify them. Clackamas locations (Sunnyside) are based on a very small campus map, but several of the locations aren't actually listed and the addresses can't be found. I'd be happy to update the file if anyone sends me better data.
