a mad scramble to respond to a short tender offer, only to now see I forgot all about it in my ROTH IRA.

Can we really tell ourselves, oh, it's only money?

Option A is $142.50 on a $151 stock.

Option B is $215.11 on a $151 stock.

I called JP Morgan to take option B, but didn't respond to Fidelity. I actually have no idea what happens now, but the idea of losing $65/share for inaction really burns me up. It's only money, there are more important things in life.

Truth be told we average adults can barely remember all the adult things we have to manage (I blame work it really takes over our lives, it burns me up to forfeit time off because we can't take it due to responsibilities), and people are willing to do so for a 1.5-3% fee lol
