If it not a doctor it's something else

This week I sold our truck on Ebay and the man is coming sometimes this week to get it. My first vehicle to sell. We usually trade them in and I will always trade them in as selling them myself is a lot of work.

Today I am having our car towed to Fort Worth to see what is wrong with it. The Theft Immobilizer has locked us out. I tried every thing on youtube to see if I could fix it but nothing.

AND 4 doctors appointments for my husband this week.
Needless to say it is a full week.

The only thing with all this trouble I am learning to work on cars. At 77 I have replaced a coil. Ordered and replaced a ECM module. Clean a battery terminal, just to mention a few. At least when our cars stop working I can try to fix them.

Those gas prices are going up up up. $4.79 is what I paid today for regular at one of the cheaper places in town. Many places here in southern California over $5.00 a gallon. Think I'll limit my trips for a while.

St. Louis County MO Apprasal Increase

StL Co raised our appraisal for tax by 61% for moderate size commercial building. AND 165% over the last 6 years.

I spent 3 weeks learning how and then submitting an appeal, then had a video conference after that.

Got the 61% lowered to 15%, so it does pay to appeal your assessment. Comparables are the key and income for commercial property.

Don't accept appraisal/tax increases laying down, folks !!!!!
