Is too hot better than too cold?
Having lived in North Dakota for more than 20 years and now living in Phoenix Metro Area, I'll take 'too hot' any day. No ice to slip on, no salt on the road to rust your vehicle, no snow to shovel, less medical problems such as colds, no snow-storms to drive in, etc, etc. A person adapts to the heat. Except for a couple months, it isn't bad as it's manageable in the morning and evening. Just stay in Air Conditioning during midday.
