Package delivery from USPS

Woke up to a text at 7:02 a.m. that my package was delivered on front porch. I knew something was wrong as we live in a gated fence with a dog. I looked on the front porch, nothing. I walked to the fence, nothing. I walked outside the fence to the mailbox, nothing.
Now my package is on someone's front porch. It can't be nearby as all the homes are fenced and gated.
Our great USPS did it again.
