On page 7 this is the directions to find your last parking spot.

Finding Your Last Parking Spot
When you disconnect the device from vehicle power while the
device is on, your current location is saved as a parking spot.
Select Apps > Last Spot.

NO! The latest response from

NO!

The latest response from Garmin is that the Last Parking Spot App will not be added to the DS55/65 units. They just say the the Owner's Manual is in error.

A work around is to execute "Where Am I" by pressing the vehicle symbol and saving the location. If you don't name it, it will have the name "Cooridiants". Then if you need to navigate to that spot, select "Where to," select "Saved." It will appear as the first item. Select it and press "Go." If you need the directions to be "off Road," change the navigation to "Off Road."

Be aware that thre Last Parking Spot is on the DS51/61 units.

Parking

Kind of surprised about that. Not a new feature. My Nuvi 2597 has it. You have to scroll down all the way on the apps to find it.

Drive Smart 60

On DS60 it is the last selection under Apps. Named Last Spot. If you select it, it says Last Parking Spot.

On my UK DriveSmart 61LMT-D,

On my UK DriveSmart 61LMT-D, Last Spot is also a feature. Another one is Where I've Been which I've not noticed before. I've been away from Garmin for quite a while (TomTom) and they have improved so much in that time. Am I glad!

Last Parking Spot

I'm a firm believer in dedicated navigation devices. I think they're a luxury well worth their relatively low cost. However, this is one where your phone probably would serve you best. You're going to carry that anyway. Of course, this presumes a smartphone with location services.
