Happy Monday everyone. Returning home from trips around Wisconsin today.

Just completed another 2000 mile trip. Had marginal weather, rain, cold and some snow. But, it is getting towards winter!

Drove to Lovettsville VA and back in one day.

Suggested routes to and back were different. Go figure!

Twice. and no GPS needed.

Unfortunately its in a garage and its 25 degrees out!

Just got home last night. 30 days of cruising. Used my old Garmin 76Cs to find a few geocaches in other countries. It's freaking COLD here! I know 40 degrees Fahrenheit doesn't seem cold to many folks but I've been in shorts and sandals so this is quite a change. It's good to be home though.

Last night we took a drive to view 11 decorated homes that were listed in our local paper. I put the 11 addresses in my nuvi 3597 Trip Planner app, put my home address as the start and end point. I then let the Trip Planner optimize the via points making a loop route that started and ended at my home. It created a 61 mile route which took us on a 2 1/2 hour tour, stopping a few minutes at each site with our lights out to enjoy the beauty. The Garmin worked perfectly for this enjoyable activity.

More snow again.

Daughter was in a boat parade so went down to watch. I'm ready for summer, it's already too cold.

Will be driving to NYC from DC today and back.

Took kids to sports practice. Traveled to volleyball and did some shopping ahead of Christmas.

Daughter gave husband tickets to The Price is Right Live for fathers day. The show was last week.
We don't drive at night so we rented a hotel just blocks from the Verizon Theatre. We were in the minority. Nearly every one was from 25 to 45 years, it was a neat thing to do. Very intertaining. And very loud. We has center, third row seats and could see everything very well.

I'm actually getting a bit tired of travel! Long camping trip this summer and two cruises this year. Now we have to travel to pick up our daughter and newest granddaughter to bring them home for a couple of weeks. I'd like to just stay home for a while!
