In danger of losing your windmill?
Maybe you can share the last place your GPS took you and if you encountered any problems, or if you used it to seek out special places to go (like Thai Food, ice cream shoppes, etc.).
Anything to keep your windmill alive.

Checking in on my mom.
driving a vehicle was hazardous for the last eight days. Even walking was.
But now all the Mexican Nationals have gone back home again to from far and wide.
They like to come to the beach for the Xmas and New Years holidays.
Alaska so now it's just trips around town. Little Nuvi saved us traveling around Alaska for 3 weeks.
The GPS is in the truck; and when the truck is moving, the GPS is always on.
My wife is obsessed!

Was admitted on New Years Eve, had my Gall Bladder out on New Years and was released yesterday.
Mostly stayed home and did the new year stuff at home.
I'm officially too old for the New Year's Eve. I didn't drink and went to bed by 9pm.
Windmill - Not too much happening for the next few weeks - looking in on my 80 yr old mom.
No getting around the commute hours traffic. Over two hours for 50 miles...
bottom of the driveway - shoveling snow all the way!
Only had 1.5 inches of snow here, but New England has had
a lot more.
Careful to you who a driving in it.
No snow but single digit temps tend to keep us indoors was thinking of heading south but now the cold is in the south.
Just stay home days are getting longer and spring is just around the corner.
Warmer weather on Christmas
Left the house when it was 15 degrees and arrived at Wal-Mart where it was 13. And I live in the sunny south!
Just driving in -25C weather today. BTW, with windchill, it was -35C. Just a little too cold for me.
going to buy an old 1985 rv and then next summer going to make a round trip out to california and back to Tn again. see stuff that I could never see when I drove a big truck cross country.

This cold snap has finally broke .
For New Year's weekend.
To help my MIL shovel some snow and install a wireless doorbell/video camera. GPS functioned normally, even in 7-degree weather....my hands and feet are still frozen though.
Washington, DC to Hanover, PA.
We just got back from a 1100 kilometer trip across the Prairies. Left on New Year's day, and it was -37 Celsius. Roads were in great winter driving condition and the weather cooperated both ways. And it was a balmy -15 Celsius when we got home!
We'll see how GPS does this trip. Great as always?
Had to make a quick trip and Veronica kept us on schedule again.
