2017 Two Wheel Travels

My wife and I just finished a 7500 mile trip from Florida to Colorado/South Dakota/Wisconsin/Indiana then back home. I ride a Yamaha Tenere while my wife rides a Kawasaki Ninja 1000. We were on the road for 48 days with extended stops in Colorado Springs, Lacrosse and Madison, IN.
I had preplanned all of my routes and POI's using a Garmin 590LM and a Garmin VIRB XL for my trip videos. The VIRB app worked great on the bike as it works with just a touch of the screen with no distracting fiddling with on/off/record switches.
I will be posting my trip photos in a few weeks on Flickr but have my videos posted on You Tube. -JEP-

So Many Roads.....

Sounds like great ride

Two years ago my wife and I went from Florida to DC for rolling thunder and back via Ogden Utah. We cheated on the first part of the ride by taking the auto train from Sanford Fl. to Lorton Va. The ride took about 3 weeks.

Map

Thanks Mary. Yes it was a great trip!
The map at the end is from a screen shot of the SPOT trakker I used that tracks our location. I give the link to family and friends. It shows our location every 10 minutes and where we have stopped for the night. -JEP-
