Keeping The Windmill Alive - Your Last Trip? – August 2016

In danger of losing your windmill?

Maybe you can share the last place your GPS took you and if you encountered any problems, or if you used it to seek out special places to go (like Thai Food, ice cream shoppes, etc.).

Anything to keep your windmill alive.

This thread will be closed on the last day of the month and a new one will be opened.

Wait a minute... who am I here?

First Photo Rally

A club ride. You get a specific route to follow (this time 55 miles) and a page with photos on it that had been taken of objects along the route. As you locate the items in the photo, you record the mile marker (odometer reading set to 0 at beginning of the route). The car that identifies the most items correctly wins a prize. Lotta fun.

There's been a lot of construction there. Tappan Zee should have a website. Also, take a look at the traffic with Google Map and see how it's moving. You may want to take an alternate route.

True .... and based on camera views I have been looking at lately, it doesn't look too bad.

..... was just wondering if anyone had tried a better alternative.

I, also, looked at it a

I also looked at it a little while ago. Except for the construction sign, it looked good. However, after 4 PM, all bets are off.
