Taken from Golf Courses-USA by Mahoney and massaged to show only public and muni courses. Semi/Private courses don't do us regular golfers much good anyway.
Also verified the course locations via MS/OviNokia maps in My Trails Android app as some coordinates were way way off. As with GC-USA, course name, # of holes, address and phone are given. Thanks to Mahoney for a great start. If you mind me doing this, let me know, I'll remove.
