I don't know what has happened to me.
I always have Christmas bought by November and I put the tree up and do the cards the 1st of December.

Yesterday
Yesterday was our day to decorate. Spent a half hour troubleshooting dead bulbs in the prelit tree. Looks good now.

Yesterday as I started to decorate
Just as I started pulling out decorations and the tree for the inside of the house one set of my grand-kids came over. The oldest will be 12 in a couple of weeks the others are 10, 8, and 5. They wanted to help so I let them do what ever they wanted as I just watched. The 12 year old did all the work while the others played, towards the end of the tree the others came and helped him put the last of the ornaments on the tree. My house looks beautiful. I always was so picky and did the house each year by myself, but this year my house is more beautiful than ever. I think of them decorating as I enjoy the beauty of the house and the memory of them having fun decorating Gamaw and Papa's house.
Don't grandkids make great memories.
