Have an Apple lap top and garmin 7200. Which is compatible with Apple?
Is there any way where there is only one which might not be compatible with Apple,how can I get that POI to my Garmin?

Should be Ok
There is a POI Loader at

The manual says this will work with the Streetpilot 7200 and .csv or .gpx are ok.

Both csv and gpx files should work for Custom POIs. Use POI Loader software to install to your 7200:
