Well I downloaded the new maps and software for my unit and working great. It does it's job and that's all that matters.
On another subject I have a 15 inch TV from 1976 that still works perfectly. It's a Sanyo. When I look at TV I look at the story and not what the screen looks like well I mean like a 56 inch flat screen TV won't change the story.
