Glad to see you're getting your feet wet. For starters, I'd read through the FAQs as they will answer a lot of your questions, for the rest, use the search box to see if it's been asked and answered. We're here to help, so don't be afraid to ask anyway.

We are glad to have you on the site. Just a couple of weeks ago I bought a 1450LMT. It is a good GPS. I had a 265WT, misplaced it, bought the 1450, and then found the 265!!! Well, now we don't have to shuffle the GPS's.

You've just gotten infected....

Yup, You've just gotten infected by the most addictive POI resource on the WWW ! It's being kindly ruled by a Fantastic lady named Miss POI and her sidekick Jon.

Don't mind us unruly characters in the back of the room, we're just a bunch of people VERY HAPPY to gather over yonder and trade gossip and tech info and jokes and the likes. And when we do get a bit over the edge... Well, as I said, Miss POI is there to get us back on track quite promptly.

You'll find references to many other good places, such as the Vehicleforgarminnuvi.com website for free rig displays, or for creating your own if you feel like it. Other great members such as TurboCC have built nifty little tools as well, as you'll come to realize.

And we're from all around the world, too. I'm in Southern France, for example.

Now that you've been duly informed of yer illness, just sit back and enjoy the ride. I'd say the average for me is about twenty visits per DAY...
