I JUST INSTALLED Red Light and Speed Cameras onto my nuvi 465t but all the other poi files i had disapeared. any one know any thing about this tell me why
You should put all of your
You should put all of your custom POI files into the same directory. When you go to upload the POI files POI Loader will try to upload all files from the directory that you choose. You will have the option to skip any of the files that you don't want to upload, but it is a one shot upload meaning if you only upload the red light cameras file that is all you will end up with on your unit, everything else will be gone.
Hope that makes sense.

POI Loading
I like update and load poi files individually. After loading a file with POI Loader, rename the poi.gpi file to the actual meaningful name ie: RestStops.gpi. The next file loaded will be named poi.gpi and will not overwrite the RestStops.gpi. That way you can update the files one at a time.

More of a hassle

I have heard of this way, but it seems to be more of a hassle because you are doing more manipulation and renaming of the files.
It is still easier to upload ALL files and have POI loader create just 1 poi.gpi.

Yes, the best way is to put in 1 file
I learned the 1st time after missing POI and figured it by myself.
