1st real trip - Flyers game

Well folks, Sunday is the BIG day. Gonna take my first real trip with my c350. Yes I know it is a holiday, however I promise not to eat any bread during my Passover Holiday. The trip is taking me from Balto to Philly and back to see the Flyers play. If you happen to see someone driving in circles, stop and ask if you can give some assistance. Nah, I will be fine cause I will have my GPS system with me. I will report back to let ya'll know how it went. Happy trails!

Did you load the Wawa POI's? If you did, can you give us a full report on how they worked for you in Philly? By my count there are 31 in the City of Brotherly Love alone.
Oh, and enjoy the game! They're not playing the RANGERS are they?

Yeah, when traveling a lot, it is nice to be able to use the bathroom, get good coffee, something to eat besides nabs, and gas all at the same time, Sheetz and Wawas gives you all four.

100 years ago (it seems) there was a little restaurant with gas pumps outside in rural NH - they had a BIG sign that said "Eat here and get gas" ! Was always good for a chuckle !

Made it Home
Well as you can see, I made it home from the Flyers game using my c340. Jill, my navigator, gave very precise directions. She was great. The only concern was that the gas light came on in the car and we needed gas. So I punched up the fuel locations and the closest was a WAWA. Terrific directions to WAWA. One problem, they don't sell gas! LOL. So we went across the street. Then back to the original directions to Home.

Did you enjoy the game? Great 3rd period. It's nice that they went out with a win.
I'll bet you never expected to pay $18.00 for a pretzel, fries and a medium coke!
p.s. I get gas from WaWa just about everytime. (it's horrible)

One question, did the POI that you navigated to have a (24-G) next to the location? If it did and there was no gas there then I apologize. Please tell me the location so I can update the file.

Wow Mike, I can't really tell you if there was anything next to the location. We picked the first fuel stop on the list. I'll try and be more observant the next time.
