Alert Sounds

When I go to the alert sounds library and find an alert sound that I want to add to my POI file - How do I make a file of that sound? I know it has to be .mp3 and have the exact file name as my .csv but how do I make that sound into an mp3 file to begin with??

They are already .mp3 files
The name that you see is a description of the sound file. The actual file should be an .mp3 file. When you go to download/save the file, you should see the extension.

Holy Moly that was easy except I forgot to right click on the attachment to download/save. Having another senior moment or maybe I should get out of the sun.
