For the last 12 hours at least the Garmin Webupdater program has shown the site to be down!( problem communicating-please try again later) Anyone else getting that message?

For the last 12 hours at least the Garmin Webupdater program has shown the site to be down!( problem communicating-please try again later) Anyone else getting that message?
It goes through the first part and says my software is up-to-date and that I can continue to check for oither updates (ie Voice updates). Then a window pops up and says:
There was a problem communicating with the Garmin website. Please try again later. If you continue to experience this problem, contact Garmin Customer Support.
I called them last night and they blamed it on a rash of new users. I find it hard to believe it would impact this long... I will try to call them again today.
