This file was started by LoneStarMBA and taken over by jefferbob on 09-22-08.

The original file was out of date and missing all the northern states, so I've started over with a new file. I had to manually geocode about 100 of the locations, and a handfull are only down to the street level, so please send any corrected coords that you find. Thanks!
