organizing folders

i'm a newby to this and have searched for an hour and finally decided to ask .when i go to custom poi's on my 2455 lmt i see a list of all the hd dealers in alphabetical order not in a folder.i now want to add a rustic roads folder for wisconsin and maybe other folders in the future as well. in windows 7 how do i put the hd dealer list in it's own folder and add a new folder for the rustic roads? current path is my cpu/docs/my docs/garmin nuvi all folders/nuvi 2455lmt poi loader files/garmin hd poi files.............................. could you show what the above path would look like with 2 subfolders? the hd dealer poi and rustic roads. is there a simpler and more handy way to organize them?

I find it ironic that this is the post that the guy chooses to finally use the [Shift] key and put a space at the end of his sentences....

poi folders

thanks to some forum members here i'm finding out lot's of things i never knew about my nuvi. also some things i could add to make it more usefull. downloaded poi extra but haven't looked at it yet.

What if I want to use Multiple WAVs with ONE GPX?

My leap of faith tells me if I Create a GPX and stick it in a folder with a BMP of the same name (including TourGuide in the names), AND put one WAV file per Entry in the GPX file (POI Name), that it Just Might associate my entries with the WAV files of the same name. To illustrate...
Junk (Folder)
Test TourGuide.GPX
Test TourGuide.BMP
Test Tourguide (Sub Folder)
One.WAV
Two.WAV

Now, here is what my GPX looks like...
POI Name, Lon, Lat, Comment (but in the right order)
One
Two

My hope is that it will associate the Location (One, Two, etc), with the WAV files (One, Two, etc).

My only other choice is to make One GPX per Location and do it like standard POIs, except I need to use TourGuide features because my points are not along the route, but nearby. Help. I am a newby to Garmin.

Using EPE and your xls. template and we are both cooking with grease. Thanks again ww4cash, by helping you I was able to discover a lot of things too, and thanks again for the software and GPS.

@TerrySC

In the first sentence above who does the "your" refer to?

Who does the "we" refer to? (assume it is you and ww4cash)

What was the problem and what was the solution? It is likely something that we would want to know about.

Thanks
