Wal-Mart and Sam's Club Fuel centers combined

Many of the Wal-Mart Fuel centers combined with all the listed Sam's club fuel centers.
This poi would be possible without the efforts of guyvstewart who did the lion's share of the Wal-Mart entries..
Also DRMCMTR has been a hugh help in my efforts.
